How do I create an account?+
Download GlowStudio from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with Apple, Google, or an email magic link. The account is created on first sign-in.
How do subscriptions work?+
Paid plans are billed by Apple or Google through your store account. You can cancel from your device's Subscriptions settings — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Where is my data stored?+
Your client data is encrypted on your device and synced to our Supabase backend in Frankfurt (EU). Sensitive health fields are additionally column-encrypted via pgsodium. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?+
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. A 30-day grace period lets you restore the account; after that, server-side data is hard-deleted within 30 days.
